The Kendall CT0302-1 is a ChemoPlus Prep Mat designed to provide additional safety when compounding or administering chemotherapy drugs. This highly absorbent, non-linting mat measures 16″ x 22″ (40.6 cm x 55.9 cm) and is ideal for use in laminar flow hoods and barrier isolators.
The mat is constructed from three layers for optimal performance. The top layer features a penetrable mesh surface that is firm and flat, while the middle layer is made from absorbent gauze. The bottom layer is made from non-permeable plastic, ensuring that no liquids seep through onto the surface below.
The ChemoPlus Prep Mat is packaged in resealable bags that can be easily cleaned and disinfected before being brought into a clean room environment. This feature, along with the mat’s non-linting design, helps limit particulates in these sensitive areas.
The mat is available in multiple sizes to accommodate different applications and different sized laminar flow hoods and barrier isolators. Importantly, the ChemoPlus Prep Mat is latex-free, reducing the risk of latex allergies. This product is sold in cases of 250, with 5 boxes per case.
