The ESPOCAN Combined Spinal/Epidural Tray (product number 333192) by B Braun is a comprehensive kit designed for combined spinal and epidural procedures. This tray includes an 18G x 3½” Tuohy Winged Needle and a PENCAN 27G x 5″ Spinal Needle with a Centering Sleeve, designed for precise and easy insertion. For skin wheal and infiltration, a 25G x 1½” needle is included.
The kit also contains an 18G x 1.5″ needle with a 3ml Plastic Luer Lock Syringe, a 5mL Glass LOR Luer Lock Syringe with a metal tip, and 1mL & 5mL Plastic Luer Slip Syringes. A 20ml Plastic Luer Lock Syringe is also provided for larger volume requirements.
A 20G Closed Tip Epidural Catheter is included for epidural procedures. For local anesthesia and testing, the kit provides Lidocaine HCl (1%) 5ml for skin wheal and Lidocaine HCl (1.5%) with Epi, 5ml for test dose. A 10ml Sodium Chloride (0.9%) LOR Diluent is also included.
