When compared with a competitive low dead space syringe, the Nipro Dose-Saver 1cc Syringe was shown to have 9% less “dead space”. The 3cc syringe has 10% less dead space than the competitive syringe.

An exclusive flat bevel on the needle reduces the aspiration of air bubbles. For precise volume measurement, the highly translucent barrel features mL/cc graduations in increments of .25 and .5ml/cc, and an elastomer stopper assures smooth accurate motion.
