Sec. 1310.07 21 CFR Ch.11 (4-1-04 Edition). Two forms of identification are required for purchases of any Capsuline filling device, one of which has to be a Driver’s License for Domestic purchases.

And a Passport for International. Both forms of identification must list the same address as the billing address on the order.

Additionally, we can only ship orders containing filling machines to your billing address, for more information you can view the complete code of regulations here. (ecfr.gov) Order will ship out the next business day after receiving and verifying your ID. If ID is not received within 30 days orders will be automatically canceled.
