The Cardinal Health AT72835 Secure-Gard Surgical Mask is designed to provide the highest level of protection without compromising comfort and breathability. This mask is fluid-resistant, thanks to its unique four-layer fabric construction, but does not use any plastic films on the inside, allowing the mask to feel cooler throughout a long procedure.
The mask is available in a distinctive blue-green color and comes in boxes with purple lettering. It features a polypropylene outer-facing and inner-facing, providing flexibility and making it ideal for patient use and quick application. It offers the same level of protection to the wearer whether worn correctly or inside out, making it ideal for practicing respiratory etiquette as recommended by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC).
The Secure-Gard surgical mask is engineered with soft ties for excellent stretch and a malleable nose wire for a more secure fit. Its inner layer filtering media is designed to trap particulate away from the wearer’s face. This mask is available with and without an attached eyeshield.
